Herzer House

This house holds its corner like a small town commercial building. Two stories of dark, textured wall rise to a flat top, with stacked white bay windows at the front and a stone chimney running up the side wall. Raised steps with a white rail bring the entrance up from the sidewalk.

The interior stays warm and simple. A river rock fireplace turns the corner of the main room, wide plank floors run from front to back, and a stair climbs past a deep red wall. In the kitchen, a long counter faces the room and a tufted booth fills the corner by the window.
