This cottage, for a DPZ master plan in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is one story of clapboard under a single front gable, with two tall windows on the face and a shed-roofed porch tucked to one side. The floor is raised a few steps above the ground. It is about as simple as a house can be, and the drawing shows why that is enough.
