Vail House Re-Skin

Two elevations of one large hillside house, marked before and after. The re-skin keeps the stepped massing on its sloping site but draws a calmer roof with a broad gable, and arranges the tall glass of the main wall into more ordered groups of windows. Evergreens frame both drawings, so the change in the house is the thing to read.
